So sorry to hear that sad news. He was a real enthusiast about all things environmental. He patiently tendered sapling trees until they were strong enough to be planted out and he was very knowledgeable on plants and wildlife. He and Bobby were both lovely people and true enthusiasts. We have fond memories of them both.

Much missed, I had such fun in Mike's company at the rugby club. He was very kind and invented our hug a councillor match day!

We were sorry to hear of the death of Mike Battisson. Mike was a valued member of the Lichfield & Hatherton Canals Restoration Trust. and was always concerned with environmental issues. He will be sadly missed.
